Was looking to get my cat groomed and called the Washington Ave Ext store since they’re closer to me. They were super helpful and friendly but said they unfortunately don’t have a cat groomer. They referred me to this location. I called, someone picked up but didn’t say anything, immediately put me on hold. I waited five minutes then hung up. A simple “thanks for calling, please hold” would have been nice. I will not be calling back.

Compared to other pet stores within 15 minutes. Their selection of bird toys and small animals is good. But their fish section is borderline animal abuse and full of overpriced tank combos.was really disappointed by the new Betta rack. redid the display with individual LEDs per Betta cup, HOWEVER its still unheated and still the second rack closest to the door so in the winter the temperature fluctuates way outside a Betta’s tolerable rangeGood selection of aquatic plants however
