The girl at Johnstown NY Olympia around 10:30am on 1/17 had no clue what indoor turf shoes were and insisted on looking at soccer cleats (For dirt), Then another customer came in looking for Buffalo (NY) Bills merchandise and the same clerk advised the customer that they only sell NY Team merchandise. ♂️
