Got a flat tire on a ride in Yonker’s, towed the bike to Clutch and within 20 minutes I was in and out with a brand new rear tire. Carmine and J clearly had a lot of work on their hands but were able to efficiently help me out. While Carmine was changing my rear tire he noticed my chain needed some TLC and went out of his way to give it some attention without me even asking, free of charge. Great guys, great quality, will be back.

Bike came back brand new loved her and everything about how she look until I had to open her up and realize the plastic grips was gone and etc but didn’t figure I sat her on wrong and broke it my self beside it plastic right there meant to get break, when I realize bolts was missing and my tank was proper mounted and I had to take her to get done somewhere else when i didn’t get a respond to come fix it got me annoying that was just wrong, good service and treatment with pay process but don’t return a bike to the owner if everything under the hood ain’t properly ready for her rider

Brought my 2015 BMW S1000 to Clutch after a local shop in the Bronx gave up on it and could not figure out the electrical issue it had. I called these guy’s after looking up local Motorcycle Repair Shops on Google. Spoke with Carmine the main technician, instantly he made me feel like a friend not a customer. I tow my bike there and the rest is history, he found the bad ground in my harness and solved my electrical problem in 1 day. All I can say is he’s the real deal other reviewers have mentioned him & they were definitely not overselling him.
