This store has no empathy for customers. We bought a defective stroller from this store. Lost the receipt, I mean duh it was in January of 2021. We provided receipts that we brought the stroller and corporate said they could not find evidence. I spent over 400 on this stroller! I wound up calling the manufacturer and they replaced the entire travel system; the manufacturer said they would be filing a report on this location. I will never shop here again.

Horrible place no sympathy for customers no empathy. Exactly what happens when these big corporations hire the garbage that walks right in got to the store at 801 store packed full of people waiting to check out and lady at the door was so rude and disgusting about the store being closed I begged and pleaded with her because I needed just 1 item. 1 item and I looked it up before I knew the isle to get it and she blew me off. I even asked her if she can just get the item for me to the register and I’ll just got to pay and still not a shed of concern for my request. Was even willing to pay for it online and just have them bring it to me. Didn’t try to work with me offer a solution other then the store is closed and I needed to leave. Horrible place definitely will never come to this store ever again. Mind you I’ve never been here before this would of been my first time. What a “great” first experience this is why online shopping and Amazon is taking stores like this out. Can’t wait for the day this places closes it’s doors.
