This gym is for kids and losers. This is what happens when you lower the price so much people from all over come here, who shouldn’t be in the gym. Such a shame this was once a nice gym and I’ve been a member for a very long time but it feels so uncomfortable to go there now like I’m going to a trashy place. I don’t know who is managing this place now but they have no idea how to hire or hold them accountable for their actions. When you walk in you see bunch of kids at the front desk, its such a shame what happened to this place, i will be switching to a different gym.

The number of machines is limited and moreover the free weight area is almost non existent, very limited and light dumbbells, the whole gym has like 3-4 barbells the heaviest one being 60 lbs. No free bench press, just hammer machines which are not very efficient. This gym is good for someone who simply intends to lose weight and not gain muscle mass. Even with all the machines, it can be difficult to build a decent routine. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility looked clean and well maintained, the bathroom looked dirty and it needs improvement. Overall, good rates, good place for weight loss, not recommended if you’re trying to build strength and mass.

The gym is quite clean. There are cleaning stations throughout. Also there are now spaces in between machines to allow for social distancing, which in turn gives you less machines but hey what can you do. I also enjoy the app which is able to tell you how full the gym is. I have been coming here for the past month or so and I’ll continues coming.
