I am extremely disappointed and frustrated in Sleep Number service. I purchased my bed on February 20 and have yet to receive it. On three occasions of scheduled delivery I did not receive my bed. On the first date in March I received a call that the bed was broken during shipping… On April 1, I received a call 15 mins prior to scheduled delivery that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and I would need to again reschedule… Next date, April 15… still no bed. On April 15, I again received a call (15 mins before schedule delivery) that one of the delivery technicians called in sick and bed could not believe delivered…. The next best date for delivery is May 4th… nearly 3 more weeks of waiting… I understand illness… but waiting this long for my bed purchased in February is extremely unacceptable… not customer focused and extremely bad service. Do not know what will happen next…

Very very informative staff and the whole experience is very nice for a mattress store. Loved the mattress we both agreed on, but unfortunately went with a purple mattress instead. But had no complaints whatsoever.
