I have been to that cold before that’s where I take my pets to get their vaccinations yet this was my first time going to the one on orchard Park road. I must say that there was a difference and everything seems to be a quick response with no concern behind it questions I had for my dog they passed off like this is what they do I wasn’t used to that type of a treatment with the red cold on the boulevard they were concerned and they gave me time it wasn’t like I was asking for 20 minutes to a half an hour but they really were concerned about what I had to say and address the question accordingly not like what I received today and I did pay much more here than I normally do and I asked why and they says well prices did increase some I just didn’t feel like it was a good visit for me or my pet.

I brought my new dog, Lelia, in to meet her future Groomer, Denise Cooper. Lelia is a recent rescue from a very bad situation. She is very skittish, and wants to run from new people. Denise had her won over quickly. She’s a great lady.
