So originally I ordered a Mom Deserves The Best package for my wife for Mother’s day. We did receive it…but there were some problems..I tried calling and had some troubles getting through..but I did finally get a call from the store. They were very apologetic about the issues we had and went way above in making sure we were made happy. We’ll today the new version of Mom Deserves The Best arrived!!! What a difference from the first one we got. The fruit was super fresh and vibrant. The covered strawberries tasted completely different then the first one..so much better. I want to thank Edible Arrangements for really coming through. My belief in this company y had been restored. As soon as we got it I deconstructed it so that we can place it in the fridge til after dinner..all I can say is thank you!!!

Placed an order for my moms birthday worst mistake I ever did I’ve been trying to contact the store for two days and never did someone answer the phone. The virtual chat is no help at all and they make it impossible to cancel order because again no one answers the phone.
