To say Susan and Kat were incredible in assisting with my purchase of my engagement ring for my (now) wife, would be an understatement! These ladies went above and beyond in ensuring I was able to get her exactly what she wanted, of great quality, and within my budget! I drove over two hours to go to this location and plan to continue making the commute for years to come. I have never had a negative experience with any of the sales team at this store and would recommend this location to anyone. GREAT customer service and they really make you feel like you are more than a walking dollar sign, which is rare in a jewelry store, from my experience. My wife LOVED the ring and it has been holding up well for the past five months. I feel like I can trust this team with my questions and concerns regarding future jewelry purchases and believe they genuinely care about my wife and I’s satisfaction and well-being. I would also like to add- as an LGBTQ+ couple, it was not always a pleasant experience when walking into a jewelry store and saying I am buying a ring for my *girlfriend.* I did not feel uncomfortable or judged once throughout my interactions with this sales team and that alone speaks volumes of the atmosphere they create.
