In 2016 we purchased two Tuttnauer 3870EA sterilizers from Alfa Medical. Andrea was our sales rep. She was very helpful in deciding which sterilizer will be best suited for our needs. Since having purchased the two sterilizers, Andrea arranges every year to send a technician to do general maintenance, and calibrate our sterilizers. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the service and support Andrea, along with the rest of the team at Alfa Medical, has provided to us over the years.

I bought a remodeled Pelton & Crane autoclave from Alfa medical 25 years ago. The automatic vent and power off mechanism were excellent! We bought another one 10 years ago. Both units work flawlessly during all this time. The services were promptly and satisfying. I just bought another unit today due to our practice expansion.
