I love the staff here. I had got a coffee from Malone and it was messed up and didn’t have time to go back and fix it or I would have been late for work and I called them right up and they said that would give me a coffee for the mess up. Every time I walk in there or go in the drive thru they are always peppy and that is what great customer service should look like in a time like this

i come here frequently but for the past about 2 years it’s been getting slower and slower don’t get me wrong i’ve never had bad food or coffee from here but the service has been so slow lately it takes an extra 10 mins out of my day at least

Went to drive through on 2 separate occasions in the past 2 weeks. The first time was bad but I found out that the person was new so it was understandable. Stopped today and specifically asked for HAM and cheese melts. I also ordered these the first time but got English muffins. Today I received just grilled cheese sandwiches. Very disappointed.
