The staff at this location are beyond rude. I’m not sure what the issue is, it seems as if they go out of their way to be miserable. They pick and choose who to give the free gift when spending x amount of dollars or perfume purchase. Also being followed around constantly every 5 minutes asking if I need any help, as if I’m stealing, when I’ve never once stolen anything in my life, is quite annoying. I come here frequently. Some people read ingredients. I’m spending a lot of money, let me spend it on what I want. I don’t see them ever do this to anyone else while I’m in the store. There is so much more I can go on about. Hopefully they will learn some professionalism, managers included, because I don’t seem to be the only one they treat like this.

DO NOT GO HERE for salon services. I’ve been here 2x once for fashion colors and was made to leave before my hair was finished due to some rule about not being allowed to finish the job you started past their closing hrs or the stylists will get reprimanded.I walked out in tears because my hair was green and yellow and had to walk around like this for a few days.Should have learned my lesson the 1st time but being new to the area I figured would give them another shot.2nd time walked out with my hair in the before photo in the collage. I wanted my bangs layered in my hair and layers throughout and as you can see that didn’t happen no layers what so ever. Also wanted a bayalage/ombre (showed my stylist a photo) and it looked NOTHING like the photo and got this nasty brassy/orange brand around my scalp. I’m not a stylist but knew that was not good blending.I think ulta needs to focus on what they’re good at, providing makeup, they’re not willing to put the resources into hiring experienced stylists and it’s apparent that quality is not of the utmost importance when a client is forced out of the salon vs. staying past closing to complete the job you started.

Honestly was my first time walking into an Ulta. The store was mesmerizing and I was a little overwhelmed with the over abundance of products I didn’t even know where to start. The store was very clean and tidy. The employees were some of the friendliest ladies I’ve had the pleasure of receiving help from. They helped me chose some products to try that were tailored exactly to what I needed!
