I’ve had many days where people are helpful and a few bad days where they were too lazy. I had 6 guys sitting in the doors and windows dept watching my husband and I load 3 doors and a window together by ourselves. They weren’t light or cheap. NONE of them even asked us if we needed help or offered. I was disappointed. We spent thousands of dollars these past 2 years fixing up our house just to have a few lazy guys give us a poor taste of customer service. I have had some though go above and beyond for us too. We still shop here though. I hope to not have to experience poor service like that again.

I have made many shopping trips here because you can always count on home depot for your needs. I tried their curbside pickup for the first time and it was an extremely smooth and seamless experience. I placed a fairly large order of large items (20 or so 2x4s, 10 4×8 sheets of drywall, some 3/4 plywood, a 36 prehung interior door, bucket of drywall, and misc hand tools) and they had the order ready for me to pick up in about an hour and a half. I drove up, they came out with all my goodies and helped me load it all into the back of my truck. Very fast and very easy. Extremely pleased and will be doing that more often
