Customer service from Liz was great. The problem is in the store is not very light, so when I came home to wrap my daughters birthday present I opened the box and saw the shoes… they are stained all the way around on both shoes. I can’t believe they let shoes like this walk out the store and I can’t believe I didn’t even notice it. Shoes like this that come into inventory should ALWAYS be sent back to the manufacturer.

I was there a few weeks ago, the super, awesome and very helpful, Celesia!!! Her customer service skills are immaculate. I watched her help 3 families, including mine, in a timely matter. The entire team is super dope!! Starting with the dude who stands at the door, they always make you feel comfortable spending your money, its a great feeling along with great priced sneakers !!!
