I went in completely clueless about what I wanted and admit I haven’t rode a bike in 10 years. The person who helped me (I am sorry I cannot remember his name but he has a coffin tattoo on his forearm) was well versed in his knowledge of bikes, patient with my questions, and made me feel comfortable in making a decision. I love the bike I purchased. Honestly I would give more stars for my experience if google allowed it and definitely will be recommending Syracuse Bicycle to my friends and family!

Best bike shop i have ever been to. I was riding the ECT and developed a problem with my drive. Chris fixed it immediately. He also filled my tires, tightened my seat and handlebars, adjusted my kickstand and reprogrammed my light system. I asked how much I owe and he said nothing, have a nice ride. Awesome! Thanks Chris and professional staff!
