Coward? Not sure that is the right word you’re looking for. You came in with a logo on a business card that was made somewhere else and in our discussion I had mentioned that your logo could use some work. You then asked me to take your existing logo, which had to be recreated into a workable format(vector) because you didn’t have any files of your own, and proof it out on your truck, which I did. That is why the logo design/layout in the initial proof was the same as your card. You requested that, along with some text above your rear wheels. We didn’t charge you for the recreation of your logo or the first round of proofs. I did however tell you that if we were going to move forward with actual designs that we would need a deposit and then we can revisit your brand and create something that represents your business in a better way. But you were in a rush and didn’t have time for that. Instead of responding to me, you wrote a negative review about us. Sorry it didn’t work out but good luck. … Tony, thank you for the kind words. You have been a great long term customer. We appreciate it.
