So I was excited to get a same day appointment because my glasses were falling apart. But I should’ve read the reviews first because I agree with the three stars that I see pretty standard for this business. I was very clear when I made my appointment that I wanted a contact lens exam I was hoping for contacts to wear even though I had an astigmatism but that I wanted to leave with a written prescript including a pupil distance in case I wanted to order eyeglasses online in the future. And when I asked for that pupil distance after I was done with my contact lens exam and fitting I was told that they were not allowed to do that for me. So the young lady on the phone who made my appointment I think it’s the same young lady who told me that they weren’t going to do the pupil distance and I don’t appreciate being misled The young man who did my intake also said that they could do that at the end of my exam and the tech who did my glaucoma test and took pictures of the back of my eyeball said that was something that they took care of out front. And he was very pleasant to deal with and he didn’t say they would he just said that was something that happened out front and not something that he or the eye doctor did. So for the eye doctor and his tech in the back I would give five stars for the snippy little lady upfront I’d give her two I settled on a three star rating because I do appreciate that I got an appointment today but that actually is just a matter of availability and not anybody’s skill or care for customer satisfaction. I guarantee that when I buy glasses or contacts it won’t be from there

June is the best. Optometrist is the 2nd best. (He’s really good though, too).
