Everyone I came in contact with was very caring, professional, and conscious of the possiblity of covid.Dr Archibold explained everything thoroughly, even anticipating questions like what if….. .She gave me a sample of eye drops to try and what we would do if those didn’t work.Joanne Richmond

All my clinicians were very friendly and organized. The doctor was friendly and knowledgable. My appointment took a little over an hour which was very acceptable considering that I was having an issue with one of my eyes.

They failed to tell me prior to my appointment that I would be having drops put into my eyes that causes me not to see up close. I have never had a eye appointment before so i did not know what would be done. I ended up not being able to attend school that day because i could not see which was a huge inconvenience because i had an exam that i had to take another time ! Not to mention i had to call for someone to come and drive me home !
