I will no longer use this location CVS pharmacy. Two times in a row I was told by the pharmacist that my insurance does not cover my medicine, when I in fact knew it did. We had to go through the trouble of them fact checking me multiple times. I had to reach out to them to see if my medicine was ready, they never contacted me. When they said yes and I showed up, they said it was no ready. Very bad at communication and I don’t know why they keep blaming my insurance when I have never had a problem with insurance or another CVS. They also have shorter hours than other pharmacies. I would now rather drive to a farther location than walk to the one right outside my building.

Audrey / Abe in the actual pharmacy are tops: Conscientious, dedicated and knowledgeable like I’ve never before seen; Cashiers and inventory staff, always eager to get you what’s needed, offer you the best discounts, to check stock or offer alternatives.The Manager ? Scott is the ultimate, former Manager ofKMart, always going well above any to be responsive for the customers benefit.The examples are so numerous, it’s a real joy to shop here and absolutely enjoy each and every time.
