on tue. 4/20 on my lunch break i went in to t mobile in great neck on northern blvd. to pick up my FREE offer of insulated tote bag and was told that they could not provide me one, but that they hold products until 4:30pm to give out to people who work. I was shocked and left thinking I would go back and get one at 5pm, the end of my work day, but decided against it, because of the treatment of the staff earlier that day. I wondered why one bag could not be given to a customer standing right in front of you asking for a FREE product.

I appreciated the staff’s help and friendliness in helping me purchase a new phone recently. My only issue is that I didn’t know in advance that there would be a $20 customer support activation fee until after I responded that yes, I’d like someone to help me with the data transfer. I know how to set my IPhone and transfer data by myself so if I knew about the charge, I would not have asked for assistance. So I recommend letting customers know about this charge when asking if they need assistance. Thanks!
