The personal service is great, but the cost very high. Monthly subscription rates just went up again. Only have basic cable and Internet and the service is sometimes sketchy. Looking for less expensive options.

The location is usually pretty good for some in person assistance with your spectrum accounts… the staff is usually very good to deal with..The only negative are its sometimes overwhelming busy as they only have 2 stations and some transactions take more time than others and a line and wait times can growThe other negative is spectrum as a company seems less flexible then TWC and value for services isn’t great after promotions wear off
