I went ahead and rented out a unit at this location, but needed to get setup with a moving truck. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same pleasant experience like the other people stated in their reviews. I was greeted by a guy name Brandon, I spoke to him about what I needed and all of a sudden we got disconnected. So I went ahead and called back and was greeted again, I stated that we just spoke and I wasn’t sure if we got disconnected, he replied “yeah what’s up” the last time I remembered was I was a Paying customer and before ending a conversation how about asking “is there anything else I can help you with”. I was highly disappointed with his customer service. This is my first time renting a unit and wanted to know what else to expect. I expected more professionalism and respect. With that being said I wish I would’ve known this is what I was going to deal with before renting online. Not a pleasant experience. On the other hand I’ve received better service with the 800 number for cube smart.

If you have to choose a location, choose this one! The manager Veronica is a total star! She has the store impeccably clean with none stressful Social Distancing plans in place. She is bright, energetic and literally the coolest storage store manager I have ever encountered in all my NYC years! Highly recommend this location and Veronica Manager 0811!

I got a box at Exterior St. Richard was super helpful and got me all set up in under 10 mins! Convenient location and surprisingly cheap fees. I’m very happy.
