Paul has done the business cards for my moms store for the past 8 years or so. He has always been both easy and pleasant to work with. When I was getting married this was the obvious choice of place to get my invitations printed, and most recently my baby shower invites. They both came out so beautiful. Quick turn over after sending him the documents, and reasonably priced. He really makes the process seamless for his customers and takes the quality of his work seriously. First the owner prints my images the wrong size… I told them they’re of no use to me since the size is too big and I’m happy to give it back in exchange for the right size… he instead expected me to pay for both the orders just because he messed up & didn’t want to lose money. When I was explaining the situation to him he turned me away and said “go somewhere else” and kept rolling his eyes at me. As the owner of the place I expected him to be more professional but he acted like a little girl lol. Glad to take my business elsewhere and glad this was my first and last time meeting Paul… very rude.
