This is the story of my unexpected but delightful trip into this wonderful T-Mobile shop.I live in NJ, but I was in NY with some friends. I have an A10e that’s been giving me problems for a while now and I’ve been meaning to get to a shop to have it checked but never had the time. I saw this store while in the area and figured I’d pop in to ask a few questions, then hurry back out to my friends who were waiting around outside. It was quite busy when I came in, so I waited about 3-5 minutes before deciding I was going to leave and wait till I got back to NJ to visit my local store.Surprisingly, one of the sales clerks, name Vito, temporarily stopped working with another customer to catch me on my way out the door. They had apologized for the high rate of store activity and asked me what I had come in for. I briefly explained my issues and the clerk asked me to wait a short moment inside and someone would be able to assist me.I was skeptical, but within five or so minutes Vito made themselves available to me for assistance. I had thought the issues would consume at least 20 minutes time, but he was thoroughly knowledgeable and capable. I think it took him less than 10 minutes before everything was good as new and running smoothly. He pinpointed the problems with just my description of the issues I was having and a bit of diagnostic work.He also completely answered all of my questions and concerns, patiently taking the time to explain everything to me. And let me tell you, as individual with a profound hearing loss in both ears, I typically need stuff repeated to me more than once. And he did, whenever it was needed, even going as far as writing things down to make it easier. He made the time to joke around while they worked on my phone, making me feel like I was chilling out rather then waiting around.I am refreshed to see that there are business that still value customer service and satisfaction. Compared to my local shop and some other T-Mobile shops I’ve visited before, this one is a cut about the rest, just by judging how highly they value their customers. I am fully willing to make a trip back to this shop when it’s time to make an upgrade, just to enjoy their quality customer service and show my appreciation by buying through them. Vito, you totally won over over a new fan. Keep up the great work!
