Funny business. Obviously I don’t have proof but every time I get a problem fix I end up leaving with another one. They know I have extra coverage and it’s no out of pocket cost. So I feel like they break things intentionally knowing i will be back and it will be covered by my policy. I also decided to never go there again. They over price everything. Example my sunroof engine broke the part cost is 400 US dollars they wanted to charge 1800 1400 in labor to replace the sunroof engine. I went to a third party mechanic. Paid 700 for part and labor. I instantly saved 1100$. My advice if you not covered threw warranty avoid at all cost. They stealing your hard earned money.

As per usual, I am always thoroughly pleased with my experience here. Matt is fantastic and the best. I had an issue unrelated to my service request. He made sure he helped me find out what it was. I couldn’t be more elated. Crystal is the best.She always follows up and is very courteous.I love this place. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
