What happend to Quality and care for the customer

Had my car repaired there after a deer accident. They started off by putting a rusty used door on my car. I guess they thought I wasn’t gonna check. It took them a good month to finally attain a good quality door. Wait it gets better. After I was told they were going to take car to the dealership for repairs because their shop doesn’t do repairs. Magically their shop looked at it and it was fine lol. I won’t be taking my car to them again. I don’t do business with liars.
