Moving from state to state- it’s been a struggle to come across an establishment that does lashes with care and perfection. The Lash Factory checks all boxes. Superior customer service and flawless lashes every time. Kristen & Erica both do amazing jobs and take their time with my lashes. The intake process for new clients is thorough and ensures that WHEREVER you had your lashes done prior or whatever issues you’ve had are fully addressed before you get there. My fills last anywhere from 2-3 weeks and even at 3 weeks my lashes still look good. I would recommend them to anyone in the Syracuse looking for lashes that are not only done professionally, but look flawless!

I recently went to the lash factory for a lift and tint, and let me tell you, Kristen is incredible! She walks you through every step of the treatment and is incredibly professional and skilled. She’s also really easy to talk to, which makes the appointment fly by. She explained all of the aftercare for my lashes and even checked in a few days later to make sure I was satisfied with my results. I will DEFINITELY be a returning client for Kristen, as my lashes look amazing, and I’m obsessed with the results!
