Def the best thrift store for clothes Ive ever been to. Very well known brands and good quality clothes (North Face, Columbia, Nasty Gal, H&M etc). My friends and I were so happy to make the walk over and we want to come back soon. (FYI their clothes are catered for ppl in the 20s range because many donations are from Cornell students.)

There is one woman who is always there and is very friendly, I assume she is the manager. Always eager to greet and have a quick chat, she’s the most pleasant part about visiting this location. The rest of the staff however is a different story. When selling they never tell you they’re done even when you’re standing right at the counter, nor will they ask how they can help.Yesterday I brought in 3 items of clothing to sell and they didn’t take two but one item I knew I could sell elsewhere which I said that to them- they didn’t hand them to me and I stood there for several seconds until I had to ask if I could just grab them myself from the bin. As I was walking out one girl said wait, we bought one piece of clothing but never said this while I was standing directly at the counter clearly ready to leave. They really need to work on their communication with customers especially when there are 4 or 5 staff members in the store.

This is one very busy place. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. They know what they have, they know what they want and are always educating their customers in the process.
