My first time purchasing from Blind-To-Go, after wanting for a while to stop in to see what they have. I renovated my kitchen and needed some blinds. I had a great experience with the purchasing of my blind, as well as with the customer service that was provided. The two sales person that helped my husband and I were very knowledgeable and patient with us, as I was undecided what blind I wanted. Ivy our sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable. Working with her was like having a human catalog of the entire inventory of the store. She helped us navigate the myriad choices of styles and textures available. We were able to purchase two Roman style shades in the perfect color while hitting our price point. Juan, our installer was extremely professional and courteous. He swiftly measured and installed our blinds in under 30 minutes!! This is my second experience at B2G and it won’t be my last.
