It’s the only game in town, and I’ve heard it’s the most expensive commercial real estate in Westchester, meaning prices reflect it. The additions of a CVS and Starbucks were pretty helpful, but the parking lot traffic pattern is a bit of a nightmare. The bagel place is good, as is the ice cream shop.

SHEER HORROR! I know small businesses need to make every penny they can, every way they can; however CVS and Starbucks can hire security to enforce safe parking, pedestrian safety, unclog the street and free the walkway to the Jewish Community Center, encourage New York Executive Order covid social distancing guidelines, and try to give a safe shopping experience for all. I stopped coming here. Only one way in and one way out. Surrounded by a creek, a ditch, and houses up on a hill. There’s no crowd control in this bacchanal frenzy of soccer utility vehicles.
