Last year I was in a pinch at KB and forgot some gear. The owner of Snow Flake happened to be there and suggested I demo a pair of skis. Long story short, I bought a pair of skis a week later from their shop in Lockport. He personally took the the time to not only try on several pairs of boots to find the right pair, but also heat molded the plastic for a customer fit. This year I went back to rent skis for my kids – staff was extremely patient and thorough in getting my kids the right equipment. I won’t go anywhere else.
