The clothes are amazingly priced and the quality is not bad either. The floor staff are pretty ok the main issue I have everytime is the cashier’s. They’re always talking to each other even with customers standing in front of them which I find very unprofessional. They’re also very careless as a result. I bought a jacket yesterday and they forgot to take off the security tag so now I’ll have to go back just to take it off or find some way to do it myself.

I just wish the return process was easier of what it actually is. Besides that is a good option to find a piece of clothing missing for an outfit.

Worst service. Cashier works very slow. Like they are trying to do as little work as possible. The cashier at the right turned her back to me right when the line gets to me, and working on something else for at least 10 min. Then the other cashier at the left took her time like serving a couple right in front of me for at least 10 min. Never seen a store working like that. Please, get some local Asian work here, it will boost the efficiency like 5x.
