If I could give ZERO stars I would. Manager Lou, seems like he has NO clue about cars. It’s almost as if he is there JUST to hold the register up. He has VERY POOR customer service skills and seems as if he could care less about his clients. Almost as if he is simply there for a paycheck. When asked why customer has paid $400 and drove away with the same issue it was brought in for when reciept CLEARLY states: customer requests that front end be checked. His response was simply, I don’t know guy is a tool. Hey Lou, how’s that BMW? Get RID of this guy so this store can have a chance at a REAL manager

I am currently doing a long road trip with my gf and our dog and we stopped to see a family member in Albany, unfortunately my Toyota Yaris had both back wheel bearings gone. I took my vehicle to Mavis and they were very helpful and were able to have the car running the next day (keepin mind I took the car Sunday at 3pm). They provide great service and take the time to explain everything. I called about a thumping sound after my tires were rotated a week earlier and they told me to bring my car in immediately and they would look at it. I was there in 10 minutes and they put my car on a rack as soon as I arrived. It turned out to be a bent rim and they took the time to show me the issue and advised me on my options. Great service.
