My sales experience at Geneva Harley Davidson was exceptional. I was given complete details of the different bikes I had in mind to purchase when I arrived. I must have drove AL crazy with 100 questions. What I couldn’t see of the one bike they did not have on the floor, he answered all the questions I had so I was a completely informed buyer when it was time for me to make my decision. He then turned me over to Corrina who took care of the purchase in complete detail. It has always been a pleasure to work with both of them.After I made my purchase, they had the bike ready for me to pick up 2 days later on a beautiful Saturday morning. 20 miles later, I was smiling ear to ear, completely satisfied with my purchase. I put over 100 miles on the bike that day and was sorry the sun went down and temp dropped into the 20’s. The following day I went to start the bike for a friend, but the battery was dead. Seems it sat on the floor too long and the battery went bad. I called Geneva Harley Tuesday morning, and Tim told me to bring it in early Saturday morning and they replaced the battery while I waited. I couldn’t have been treated better. Top notch sales, service and parts and accessory dept. I will always buy my future bikes from Geneva Harley Davidson, as they go out of their way to make each sale special for the customer, then follow up with top level service as well!!
