Always helpful as usual! The staff do know their stuff and usually have what is needed. Installation of our stove was also handled well and the installers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Worst pool service in Plattsburgh. Unfortunately they are the only pool service company in the area so my elderly mother was stuck calling them again to open up her pool. When they opened Mother’s pool, instead of pumping the dirt, leaves & scummy water off the top of the cover, they just pulled the cover off, dumping all that filth into the pool. After seeing pictures of the mess, I called and spoke to Christine. She said that is their standard procedure for opening pools. Then she tried to talk me into paying $95/hr for a weekly cleaning service. I declined and insisted they come back and fix their mess. They did stop by several times to add chemicals but the pool is still disgusting. When I call, they’ve got a million excuses and lies, your filter needs replacing, you aren’t vacuuming properly, you need a new vac…. Funny but everything worked fine last year when the pool was opened properly. I find this to be one of the most unethical companies I’ve ever come across.
