Extremely unprofessional! There was only one item left of an item I really wanted to purchase and was told I couldn’t purchase it because apparently it wasn’t in the system. I practically begged, completely embarrassing myself asking if there was anything she could do since it was the last one, like a call a manger or something and she said no, nothing she can do. Then went on to say, that a lot of things haven’t been popping up in the system lately, so this is an issue they know they’ve been having and have yet to fix it. Losing business and money from paying customers. Completely disappointed and no longer getting my money!

Very poor customer service. They are very rude and unhelpful. Even the manager is very rude yelling at customers when he is being asked a question. They have a bunch of items with the wrong sale tag on display and when asked about it they are very much rude not giving a reason for it and saying it’s not on sale. They are doing false advertising wish is not good. They need to be looked into properly. Very bad staff here.

Don’t know what or WHO is the owner of this franchise but the entire customer service experience has gone COMPLETELY DOWN HILL,was here tonight at 8:30pm and none of the self checkouts were in working order, just HORRIBLE.
