Being 10+ years CVS customers at Manhattan and NJ, we’ve never had any issues. The first time experience with this very CVS branch after moving to the area was TERRIBLE, though. My prescription was not ready when I came to the drive-through pick-up window 2+hrs after I’ve received a message on my phone from CVS. It took from me THREE times to get back to that same pick up window (each time I was promised it will be ready in 10 minutes) and I still DID NOT GET my medication. Then, I’ve parked my car and went inside. This time, it was ready. I’ve paid and picked it up just to find out at home that instead of 45 prescribed tablets there were just 14. Next morning I went back to talk to the manager. She was apologizing to every my complain while doing something else and not even looking at me. It was like she does it pretty often and the whole procedure is very well established. Finally, she replenished my prescription and I left home just to find out again that there were 44, but not 45. My advise: DO NOT USE THIS CVS branch. And if you have to – CHECK YOUR PRESCRIPTION QUANTITIES right on the spot!

Had the covid vaccine here and the experience was excellent. I was very nervous, but the medical staff were super caring and thoughtful. Sandra, who was keeping an eye on everyone post-vaccine, was so kind and reassuring. Thank you, Sandra and CVS team!
