Would be zero if possible. Hours posted say 5am-8pm 5:30 we pull up and no one answer at the drive thru. Doors locked.workers go hide in the back and when they see us they close the doors to the back and when people call they just decline calls. It is already almost 7am and they are still not open and continue to decline calls. Worst experience ever. People waited in line at the drive thru and just drove away. Not the first time this has happened either

I ordered online (and prepaid) went to pickup and the doors were locked. So – I entered the drive thru line (which you can’t get out of once in it) and I waited EIGHTEEN MINUTES to get my drink. No apologies, nothing – they didn’t even have my drink ready – they made it while I was at the window. The absolute worst Dunkin experience I have ever had.
