I had to pay a fee to pickup my own package. This was a surprise to me and my sender. Unless you have a paid for mailbox with them they don’t want your business. It would be nice if that was advertised that to all future clients. There’s no need to pay postage twice. There are lots of other place that will let you have your packages left with them at no extra charge.
