Robert & Emily are very caring individuals and provide a great service to this community. They work hard to meet the demands put upon them especially during the high volume times. I decided to send all the girls in my family flowers for Valentines. That included my wife, daughters, daughter in law’s and grand daughters. The total cost was almost $400.00Emily was very nice and very helpful. I had to make changes to the destination because of travel plans I was not aware of when placing my order and she patiently worked with me.My only complaint was I asked for yellow and red roses for my wife and she did not get any roses. The surprising thing for me was all the out of town flowers that went out had beautiful roses included but the flower arrangement for my wife and two daughters that were done by Floral Fantasy did not include a single rose.I called to talk with them and was told by Robert that Emily worked on those and she would call me back. We are over a week and I have not heard from them. There are no missed calls or missed texts so I am left to think that either they forgot or it is not worth their time to call.I was really hoping that this would be the place I would do business with in the future.I do wish them the best moving forward.
