This is written 01/31/2021Literally stood out the door thirty minutes before closing, staring at the sign that says you guys close at 7, just for a protein bar.I knocked because the lights were on with the door locked and thirty minutes to spare. They shut the lights off immediately after.I work retail, and am no position to demand service or seem as though I’m privileged, but this is just simply really bad customer service and is not welcoming. Definitely not giving GNC any of my money after this.Suggest you rectify this behavior with whoever was closing in the date listed above.Andrés.

Ordered something online and store refuses to Accept the LEGIT return and request that I go to the one by the mall because they don’t want to lose out on profit. Had to call GNC customer service for them to call the store and they even argue with the GNC customer service over accepting the return You go this store to buy stuffs from them, they will be happy and welcoming but just don’t do a return, it is COMPLETELY NOT acceptable.
