Had a great experience here! My fiancé came here to get his suit and Alan helped him out (great guy and very sociable) He helped my fiancé get a group account started so that all the groomsmen would know exactly what to get when they come to the store. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful! I plan to come back to get a suit there for my son as well!

Customer service was awesome In this ritzy, exclusive community you’d think the staff would be rigid. lol. They were very pleasant. They had a great sell, the regular price was 128, i wound up with 4 sweaters for less than I’d have paid for two sweaters

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was treated HORRIBLY by the assistant manager ALAN EPSTEIN. This is the first and last time I will ever be shopping at this store and specifically this location. I walked in to make an exchange for my father who bought two $89 sweaters. That was the first thing I stated and I had a JOS. A BANK bag with me. When I was greeted I asked the salesman if he had these sweaters in a different color and he immediately gave me an attitude telling me that there are hundreds of sweaters in the store. I kept my cool and asked about the short sleeve shirt promotion which is 3 for $59. He told me sarcastically that its the dead of winter and he doubts they have any short sleeve shirts. He then proceeded to show me after I specifically asked about the promotion. He went back to the register and said actually these sweaters are $69 each so i responded and said what about the promotion? He then snapped at me in front of the entire store and basically yelled at me saying he was speaking to a different client and I am not the only person in this store and need to realize he is busy in the nastiest manner. When he rang me up I asked for his name and card and he realized I was angry and completely switched his attitude and tone because he knew I would report him. I will never step foot in this store again the way I was treated was a disgrace and I truly hope he sees this post because he will know exactly who I am.
