A heritage of quality food, catches on quick. We are H Mart, short for Han Ah Reum, which just happens to mean One Arm Full of Groceries. Despite our small beginnings, we have grown because of our continuous commitment to the freshest ingredients in all our offerings-while never forgetting that value is just as important. We hope our culture brings you new inspiration and we look forward to seeing you soon.

The price gets higher, and the service gets worse. Instead of three cabbages, I wanted to change it to one box because it was cheaper.Cashier rudely told me to put it back in place. After I came back to cashier, I was able to put the cabbage box in the cart even after I asked for help three times. It was all I had to do to put things I had shopped. Cashier just looked at it. After returning home, I called the customer service center and asked, they said that was the rule. If it had been a self-checkout counter, it wouldn’t have been a bad mood.

Rather than diversifying its products and improving its service quality, H-mart profiteers from increasing prices frequently. I don’t really see its commitment to the Korean communities in the U.S., upon which H-mart was able to build.
