I went to the store to exchange my about to (Explode) Galaxy note 7. The staff told me no.Yes I say staff because there was about three or four of them at the front desk /counter, they wouldn’t exchange because I did not have the packaging box. I pleaded with them to just take the phone and give me a phone without the box, they still insist I had to bring the (Box) so I left with the about to explode NOTE 7.

Staff was polite but wasn’t really able to tell me anything about any phones without just googling it in front of me. They also made changes to my billing without letting me know so that I could take advantage of a promotion (this is what the customer service rep told me when I called the help number after my bill suddenly jumped 100 dollars and had multiple new lines added that were never mentioned to me).Also Verizon will not talk to you about your account in store and insist that you need to call a phone number. This phone number does not allow you to talk to a fellow human and just repeatedly tries to get you to download their app. They also just want you to cycle through menus of common problems.I’ll be pleased when my contract is up.
