The vendors are great, but it could be so much more. From what I can tell, it is the only Saturday farmer’s market in the area. There is plenty of parking so get as many vendors as possible and make it not just a focus of Port Washington, but a focus for all of western Nassau county and eastern Queens.

Nice variety of offerings, with even a booth offering items from Jordan, such as fresh spices, meat and spinach pies, and a produce vendor with an assortment of gorgeous greens. A must is the bakery booth, with crispy breads and wonderful pastries, but get there early, as they sell out quickly!
