Beware! Manager Marc doesn’t know anything. He charge for something you are not suppose to pay. I went to return lease phone and was ask to pay $$ “return fee” told me it’s part of agreement. I went over agreement and didn’t find anywhere it ask you to pay for returning phone back after lease ended. When I ask Marc questions, he told me to call customer service. So what he is doing there? Anyway I paid for returning as I didn’t want charges on bill. Called sprint to find out and told me there is no fee for returning phone after lease end. They refunded my $. So pls be beware before paying anything in store. Marc claimed he is T-Mobile manager so don’t know anything about sprint.
