Not all the stores are outlets. The Nike/New Balance store, has some shoes out front on a clearance table but the vast majority of shoes are full retail price. There is an office new balance outlet which did have a bogo sale

It’s really nice to go when it’s not a holiday or weekend. The small little area this outlet is in, it beautiful and a great summertime place to be,… BUT, it gets far too congested for me. It’s not enjoyable to spend 20 circling the parking lot to find a spot or because traffic is so backed up you have to just sit and be patient until you can get out. Great Escape Six Flags is just a few mins down the road. I was able to shop a few times when there was very few people around. That was a treat. I shopped in the perfume store, Timberland, and Under Armor. I would say shop early or later in the day before the shops close. Midday congestion is no joke. That’s car traffic and pedestrian traffic as well. It’s definitely a more beautiful part of New York.
