Tried to get a solar cover last summer, but they didn’t have any because of the pandemic. Same excuse this year…the pandemic. Got on line, ordered one in five minutes, it’ll be here by the 27th. No complaints about the sales associatesbut the company needs to do more for their customers, especially when we’re forking out mega-bucks opening our pools.

Will Gardner was an amazing salesman. Answered any question I had and was super helpful via e mail and phone. When I went to pick up my pool and accessories, Jackie was amazing too! Super friendly, patient while I deciding what I wanted additional, and helpful with providing information for my questions. Haven’t tried the product yet as it will be installed in a few days but the purchasing part of it was great, I would definately recommend.
