Worst experience I’ve had in a while. First visit was painless, and I dealt with two very nice sales people. Since I was switching from Verizon, I was told that I could be reimbursed for my phone and to simply bring in my last bill and they would handle the rest in the store for me. I dealt with someone who identified himself as a store manager. He told me it wasn’t his job to submit these and I was supposed to submit this myself. After telling him that’s not what his sales people told me when I signed up, he said I had to come back tomorrow and one of them could do it. All of this while on his phone via his earbuds taking a personal call. When I asked why he couldn’t do it, he told me it wasn’t his job, and he was busy. Even though there was only one other person in the store, whom was already being helped by another salesman. After all of this, the salesman did eventually upload my bill for reimbursement for me, which came back less than 15 minutes later as done incorrectly, and I wound up having to go online and do it myself anyway. Would never go back.
