The lady who cashed me out was nice and helpful. However the guy CALEB who cashed my mom out instead of doing what is right for the customer argued with my mom about a 3/10$ sign under a item that wasn’t included….if it’s not included it shouldn’t be tagged under that item. That’s misleading, It’s called customer satisfaction and honoring something when it’s not in the right place. If you can argue with a customer and not realize the customer is always right regardless. If you can’t accept the fact the customer should be getting their way then don’t work in retail or any services to HELP people. I always honor coupons at my store when people argue. Never had a problem here before until this new obviously pighead and arrogant kid was arguing with a customer, my mother. So unprofessional we will take our service to another CVS. We have been coming to this location for over 15 years… never had an issue until now. Sad how a teenager thinks that his opinion is right vs ‘the customer is always right’ rule.

if you dont have your receipt, the refund youll get will reflect the price of 6 days prior, and if the item was on sale ,with in 6 days prior, and if you payed full amount, you’ll only get the sale price, on a cvs money card in which youll be charged for 37 cents- to add salt to the wound, the casher asks you if you want your receipt, with a return policy upheld by CVS.this , wouldn’t you think this is a conflict of interest of buiness/customer relations, I think it would be more honest if the cashier says ,would you like your receipt oh by the way this is our return policy if you don’t have your receipt you might lose money on returns even if the item is defective, one has to wonder how much money CVS makes a year due to scrupulous terms in their return policy, very dishonest , it’s thievery
